A valid government issued photo ID is required, such as:

Question 12: What if I don't have a valid ID?

If you don't have an acceptable ID, you may use two credible witnesses who have valid IDs to verify your identity.

If the signer is unable to sign due to a disability, they may be able to sign using a signature by mark (an 'X") in the presence of witnesses.

While we can guide you through where to sign, we cannot legally provide legal or financial advice. If you have questions about the loan terms, you should contact your lender or escrow officer.

The documents can be in another language, but the notarial certificate must be in English, and the signer must understand what they are signing.
